Teens Who Gamble

Many teens try their hand at gambling at some point whether it is lottery tickets, poker games with friend or placing a bet on their favorite sports game. It is known that four to ten percent of these teens will create a gambling problem because of this. Some will have serious trouble where they will lose a lot of money and in the process loose their friends and family too.
All this can develop into even greater risks, like alcohol and drug problems and some even go so far at to attempt suicide. Most of these teens will only lose money where other will lost control of their life. This can happen when they see others using gambling as an escape from responsibilities or depressed feelings. Then the cycle begins, in that spiral that only goes downhill.
