The King of Blackjack

If you are a gambler and not familiar with the name Ken Uston, you must find out more about him. He was the one who, with the help of his blackjack team, pulled millions from the Las Vegas blackjack tables before they were finally detected. Ken graduated from Yale with honors and by the time he was thirty-two, he was bringing in $42,000 a year. He also had benefits from being the Senior VP of the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange.

After leaving the corporate world, he joined Ed Thorp who organized this blackjack team in the mid 1970s. This all started in the San Francisco area and Ken wrote a book about this amazing team called The Big Player. Today, this book is out of print and difficult to find.

One word of advice from Ken to gamblers is when you make a decision to do something, do it well and do it right. If you want to make blackjack your choice, you can find out the rules of how to play blackjack and then practice, practice and practice some more.  Ken always aimed for excellence and so he felt everyone else should too.  Blackjack is not a hard card game to learn, just find your own method and stick to it.
